Best B2B subject lines in emails?

What subject lines make an awesome email marketing campaign? Which words increase e-mail open rates, and subsequently the click through rates on the links embedded within the content?

A survey of 1.159 billion (yes billion!) b2b emails yielded some interesting results.
People are driven by MONEY!
Here's a few sample results:

Using the pound symbol (£) in your subject line, across the long-run average of more than 1billion emails, increases open rates by approximately 25% versus the average. The dollar symbol ($) follows suit at 15% relative to the average.

There is also strong correlation between higher open rates and subsequently higher response rates. To this end, “£” brings you an increase in click thru rates (CTR) of 96% - nearly double the average!

Other words that increased results were "revenue" and "profit".
Additionally, the content of the e-mail must follow suit and engage the reader otherwise the click through rates will drop despite the fact that the open rate increased. Make the content personalized!
