The Soccer World Cup in South Africa that is starting in a few days will not be present in the most popular video Internet Website. The FIFA (International Football Association) has warned Youtube about past events in which many of its videos online violated the rights acquired by media networks in many countries.
For avoiding publishing of videos that would violate those broadcasting rights, Youtube will be using Video ID, a tool that identifies and eliminates any potential ilegal video. The terms and conditions of its usage is explained in the following link:
