As we've seen in class, mobile in
growing fast and will increase more and more in significance vs. PCs.
But, at least in the point of view
of ecommerce, mobile still have a lot of catching up to do. Even with new apps
and all, consumers still prefer a PC vs. a mobile for their shopping experience
– and mainly because the mobile screen is too small to get a decent view of the
product… All next items are also challenges to resolve in the mobile environment:
hard to read product information, hard to compare products, concerns about
security.
