While this is impressive growth (and no doubt Facebook's views have likely grown since then), what especially stands out is that Facebook has a base of a billion daily active users while Snapchat has a base of 100 million daily users.
Additional information about users was revealed at the end of Feburary as well - 50% of users being added to Snapchat are over the age of 25. The users who login daily spend 30 minutes on average using the app each day.
Advertisers deciding where to spend their ad dollars are surely taking note of this...
