One point is that marketers are collecting a ton of data and don't know how to use it all. From my personal experience, strongly recommend collecting with intention. Also, have a strategy early of how you want to collect data, why, and what format/structure are you going to collect and use. A lot of companies are struggling with going back and fixing data later. Its a worth the time to plan in advance!
