When I think digital marketing or social media my first thought is "DATA". Data is king! If your business is online and you're not tracking your performance you're missing the boat. Data and analytics allow anyone and everyone to learn in real-time how well their campaigns are doing and make informed decisions to increase productivity.
I came across this post online, "13 Alarming Stats About Retail in Digital" and it will open your eyes. I believe large brands aren't taking full advantage of their online presence. Take a few of these stats as an example:
