Magazines obsolete?

I work at Time in the Magazine publishing arena - I ran across an article that talked about new publishing startups that allow customers to more readily create their own books, magazines and even videos. As this type of companies start to make these tools more readily available it will take a toll on larger companies are just not as nimble. See below link.
