This is a record rate of sales, higher than any other game, film or entertainment property.
This just goes to show the influence and reach of the gaming industry which is often overlooked in a world now flooded with social media outlets. Gaming is growing in popularity and users are incredibly loyal and engaged. It has proven to be a highly successful channel for marketing programs, especially when the marketing is intertwined with the game itself.
Gaming is proving itself relevant and growing and something we should continue to keep our eyes on.
