I think we should post every 1-3 times a day to stay connected with our customers.
We should stay connected with our clients to ensure we are constantly evolving with our business and maintaining credibility with our clients. But many times, we miss out on content focus. Its very important for us to maintain content focus and make sure we are able to provide new source of information/data to our clients. Competitors are constantly coming up with new content so repeating same content could cause to lose our clients. Relationship with our clients also depends on authenticity of our content.
Hubspot found that pages under 10,000 fans experienced a 50% drop in engagement per post if they posted more than once per day. At a minimum, you should post to your Facebook Pages 3 times per week.
As Neil Patel says,
If you post too infrequently, your audience will forget that you exist and you will quickly fade into the deep dark recesses of their minds. However, if you are posting too often, you will become a complete nuisance and they will dread seeing your posts overcrowding their feed.
Time of posting is as important as times of postings in a day. Understanding our clients and location could be very helpful in improving our relation with our clients.
Usage of Hash tags and other symbols can help us across social media to reachout wide clients. Keywords can help us reach wider audience across diverse platforms.
