Is your social score good enough for job hunting?
Have you ever encountered your future employer job application website, with fields you can put your website and your SNS accounts' link?

It seems many employers start adopting measuring your personal skill by your social media score, that you have created with the number of followership, followers' approval action in your articles, or your post shared. This is the reality that what you built in the digital world affects you in the physical world - no matter you did it deliberately, or unintentionally. Some company seeks candidates who have cultural fit, based on your preference measured in your social media.

In China, Social Credit Score is based on for example, your purchase, your friends, and your posts in social media. If your social credit score is low, there could be punishment on your behavior.

It much work as disadvantage to those who don't interact with Social Media, because often times people having the same name may have created bad reputations, which ruin you, or in the worst case an hostile person advocates you are a bad person. The way you can combat with your negative reputation is either that you directly talk with counter party if it can be detectable and just a few, or you need to build your score much higher than the others create lower so that you can offset and make it positive.
