Businesses will have to be much more attuned to the thinking behind users' searches in order to stay relevant in search results. Google finally did something about the fact that people don't simply search for keywords, people search for phrases in trying to figure something out: how do I ____, etc.
It sounds like Google's update, called BERT, will be much more powerful.

Google has been busy this week! In addition to announcing its acquisition of FitBit, it also rolled out a WordPress plug-in and took it out of beta. It's called the Site Kit for WordPress and helps to streamline processes for website owners. Site Kit aggregates data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics, PageSpeed Insights, and AdSense, making it very helpful to small-business marketers.
