Forbes posted this article last week, which struck me because of the parallels to the inbound vs. outbound strategies presented in the Chapter 2 of the textbook (on SEO/SEM). It's a short piece, but interesting how it aligns with the themes in this week's reading - that we should focus on making websites easy/efficient for an engaged customer to find, and offer rich content once they get there.
