When I first created my account on Twitter, my initial view was that Twitter is all about catching the latest news or keeping up with any breaking news. Alas! how wrong I was. Used correctly twitter can accelerate your brand message and content to a global waiting audience that will pass it on. It can be a lethal and disruptive tool in Digital Marketing. After all Social media has made it possible for us all to be digital marketers.
Fact of life today is that if you are on Facebook or Twitter (or other similar social platforms), you are a Digital Marketer - weather you like it or not. If you publish you are a Digital Marketer. Period. After all what is Marketing composed of - two key activities - Publishing & Promotion. And what better means than Social Media, as it provides not only the technology and the platform.
