I rested my case. Finance is important, but com'on, there are too many people in this world that knows finance. Why not take the opportunity to learn something new? This knowledge may one day help me set up my own online consulting company.
A blog for students of Professor Kagan's Digital Marketing Strategy course to comment and highlight class topics. From the various channels for marketing on the internet, to SaaS and e-commerce business models, anything related to the class is fair game.

Why digital marketing?
Recently, a fellow classmate poked fun at me for taking an easy class, aka , Digital Marketing Strategy. He is a dear friend and along with several other classmates, they took nothing but finance courses this summer. In defense of not taking any finance course, I refuted by saying finance does not solve every problem a company faces. If customers can't find you, you won't generate any sales. No sales = no money = no use of finance. $0 = $0 no matter how you mess with it.
