Email Marketing - Preview Text

 To improve email open rates, many marketers historically have focused on subject line testing and trust of the sender name. However, there is another element the user sees prior to opening that can contribute positively to open rates: preview text (also know as preheader). This is the text that a recipient sees adjacent or right below the subject line before opening. Many mail clients auto-generate this text based on the content of the email, but as a sender you can actually control the preview text that to your advantage.
