- Both interviewees were extremely cautious about releasing their identity. They are under strict confidentiality agreements with their employers and took extreme measures to abide by them.
- The psychological toll this profession has on someone is very strong. They mention having to watch some pretty graphic footage that I would never want to witness.

Life as a Social Media Content Moderator
The big tech companies have been hiring for content moderators at a rapid pace. This should be no surprise as the tech companies have been getting a lot of heat about the content that is shared on their platforms. Business Insider released an article where they interviewed two people who have been doing the job and I was surprised by a couple of things mentioned.
