Covid-19 and Digital Marketing

During this unique times like the ones we are experiencing the digital marketing strategy has to be tailored to address the situation.
There is a risk that we could hurt the brand to overselling it.
The message has to be adjusted beyond selling. The best idea is to serve and then sell.
On that note, it is a good strategy to use the digital marketing channels to inform the customers and be useful and at the end present your product.
It is extremely complex to not overdo it and that is why most brands will just inform the customer, advertise what they are doing to help and with that strengthen the brand for a later day when the market stabilizes.
