TIPFLARE and CONSMR, Answer to User Fragmented Discovery Process

Rip Empson’s (6 July 2012) article highlights the disconnect between users and information and recommends a one-stop brand, TIPFLARE for all things suggestive.  The Tipflare site is the answer to consumers’ broad need for advice on a myriad of products and services.  Browsing history and purchase history help to shape recommendation results.  Data analytics play a key role in determining appropriate messaging.

The mobile app, CONSMR, takes a much narrower approach and focuses on user-generated commentary.  Product ratings along the Grocery, Health, Beauty and Baby sectors can have real impact on consumers’ purchasing decisions.  People’s willingness to try new products and brands as a result of consumer sentiment can have lasting implications, giving brand marketers a window of opportunity to attract new customers.
