Twitter the Hedge Fund?

After a powerful tweet by project runway, JC Penney's stock ripped up 10%, but finished the day up +5%.  Is this a joke?  can a "power tweet" really impact a stock and company that much?  if so, some day trader should focus on trading off these power tweets... there are worse hedge fund strategies.

HERE IS THE TWEET:
"I'm @jcpenney's HQ. Thank you Ron Johson (sic) for the walk through of JCP's prototype. Get ready to shop! Its (sic) going to be a game changer!" Nina Garcia, Marie Claire magazine fashion editor and judge on television show "Project Runway", said in a tweet.

Why not? Power tweet is a suckerpunch to me! Currently, lot of the strikes and public demostrations are organized by social media communication like twitter. It is powerful that it now has a global effect. It used to be the radio, then TV with News Flash... then text ...now it is online social media...some countries felt so threaten by it that they have to ban them! But there is always a way around it because governments dont even fully understand it including our own US government. Once the US government have requested social media companies inlcuding Twitter and facebook to delay its posting in fear of a uprising like the ones in middle East!
