During CBS West coast track I had an opportunity to visit Zignal Labs, which delivers insights from big data analytics, real time media monitoring, and business intelligence.
- Apart from covering traditional (television and print) media mentions, Zignal Labs also monitors social media (Facebook and Twiter) and Web content (blogs and news).
- Zignal labs observes and analyzes trends, issues and stories across the full media spectrum and provide data visualizations and analytics from popular word cloud to unique self-developed instruments like story evolution and geographic coverage and also allows to curate and circulate cross media stories.
- Small accounts usually get access to a flexible and intuitive online-based dashboard. Whereas, big accounts usually install command centers with multiple screens in order to have all data in one place and look at them simultaneously.
