Augmented Reality

As someone who struggles with design of spaces, augmented reality would be a huge value-add experience for me which would drive brand loyalty. Of course the technology seems to need a bit of work, but given the focus on brand and the associated experience, companies that want to engage with their customer in a creative way and in a way that they will actually use their products, this could be a great opportunity. On the flip side, not all brands will have a use for this and need to make sure it fits in with their strategy, including target market and their characteristics and behaviors.
