Political campaigning is going to effectively change with
Google adwords offering a new service. As per the below article google is providing an opportunity to target ads using Google adwords by congressional districts as opposed to by zip code or other
geographic boundaries. This will make it easier for both republicans and democrats to project their message
within their respective congressional districts. This will give an opportunity to different
candidates to capture swing voters in certain congressional districts. This definitely will
