Tablet Optimization

Everyone, from search engines to content providers are scrambling to optimize for the tablet.

The Financial Times has decided to go with using HTML5 and the experience on the IPAD is quite app like.

Google has decided to optimize the search experience for the tablet and has switched content positioning depending on orientation of the tablet.

Why this focus? Numbers show that conversion rates on the iPAD skew much higher than traditional devices.
