Mobile Marketing

We talked about Mobile marketing, which is an important part of digital marketing during last class. Companies across all industries are looking for ways to reach out to their customers through mobile marketing.

Mobile banking is a great example of changing landscape within financial industry.

I work for a retail company and we are working on implementing a mobile coupon system. Customers will no longer need physical coupons as long as they have the e-coupon.

Mobile Marketing for Healthcare Gains Steam within Pharmaceutical Industry
Launched by Bull’s Eye Innovation (BEI) last year, the tool is enabling pharmaceutical brands to deliver timely information without the costs of printing.

Food industry has also caught up to mobile marketing. Snap finger, a mobile application that allows users to order food within a few scrolls, with menus from 28,000 restaurants in 1,600 the U.S and Canada, there is certainly something for every North Americans.
All stakeholders warmly welcome the idea; restaurants gain additional sales, consumers enjoy greater convenience and Snapfinger benefits through charging restaurants 3 percent to 10 percent of each bill.

Thanks Mo
