LISTEN UP. That's right, listening is the most effective way to engage your customer base. Listen to how and when they want be reached. Understand why customers opt-in and opt-out. Give them the option to control marketing frequency and manage brand interaction preferences. Ultimately, create the loyal and engaged user base that you've been yearning for.

We've seen it time and time again, customer disengage because they are simply annoyed and fed up with the constant barrage of marketing campaigns. Not only is their a positive psychological impact associated with allowing your user base to provide feedback, but you get the added benefit of complying with regulatory boards. Who would have thought that compliance can actually directly benefit the companies brand effectiveness!
