A new variant of SaaS: MaaS

"70% of business have less than 10 employees.  50%  less than 3"

With so few employees how are you supposed to compete with giants, who have massive budgets to promote their brand.

Businesses like squarespace solves this issue by providing them a online identity. However anything that is not promoted will go down the ranks as fast as is made. That's where solutions like MaaS (Marketing as a Service) can come handy.  Square space or go daddy could potentially enter this space as well. 
Lets not deny the fact that large corporations like P&G and AMEX have already started this transition. Small business is just another segment that can be captured if done right!.
