Wanted to quickly share an article from the latest HBR suggesting that the best way to reach millennial is through email.
With an ROI of 39 USD per dollar spend it seems to suggest that above all, we love email.
Reflecting on this I have to agree that given I use my inbox as a todo list (using flags), an email is indeed the best way to stay with me in case a brand wants to offer me something I do not want to react to immediately but rather within the next 1-2 weeks.
