Facebook and its privacy issues

It seems that every other week we hear something about Facebook issues with privacy.

This week, the NYT uncover that Facebook allowed device companies (i.e. Apple, Samsung) access to "friends" data without consent. This is big news given that a few weeks ago Mark Zuckerberg had a hearing in congress to explain privacy concerns regarding the social platform as well as Russian interference in the presidential election. It will be interesting to see how this evolves and how privacy is handled in the future.
