Wrongfully Accuse - Redefining SmartPhone Metrics

Marketing Tech posted results of an interesting study showing that purchase conversion rates are increasing on smartphones. However, the accepted metrics underestimate the impact smartphones have. Many consumers now begin their search for products on the phone, then progress to tablets/desktops to finish the purchase OR call to complete the order OR go into the store.
