The it-boots of the season in my opinion - Givenchy lace ups - the Matilda thigh high boot.  Skin tight with a dominatrix feel.  The price point hits almost $4,000 and great knock-offs are unlikely so the suggestion is to try to craft the look yourself by buying leather leg-wraps at American Apparel and pairing them with some similar lace-up shoes.  Stuart Weitzman likely makes a pair but I also suggest the Brazilian brand Schutz.  

Pair it with a short skirt to give the impression that they are boots rather than two separate pieces.  The look is yours.
