Google founders getting overly ambitious...

Apparently Sergey Brin and Larry Page of Google along with a Ray Kurzweil believe that with the help of technology illness and mortality will cease to exist. They have created a University called Singularity University which is an elite and highly sought after institutions for technocrats, entreprenuers, scientists, etc. that believe technology can solve nearly all the worlds problems including death. I think these guys may have just watched one too many sci-fi flicks. Going from a great search engine that helps people find data on the internet to immortality is quite a leap!
