Cyber Monday Shouldn't Exist Anymore

Even though Cyber Monday has broken record highs, hitting $3B in sales online yesterday, this isn't surprising. Knowing that Cyber Monday was created back in the day by e-commerce sites to challenge Black Fridays of brick-and-mortar stores, maybe it's less relevant nowadays since we essentially buy our stuff online anyways. According to Adobe, online consumers spent $4.47B from Thanksgiving to Black Friday anyways, where a lot of them were with their families eating turkey!

Quite possibly, Cyber Monday is less impressive, and if there were less discounts or deals on Cyber Monday, and rather, if those deals were on Black Friday, it maybe the case that all the $3B revenue would have been dispersed between the period between Thanksgiving and Black Friday.
