Snap ahead of Facebook in advertising technology?

This post suggests that Snap has learned from the "mistakes" that tech predecessors such as Google, AOL, and most recently Facebook made in establishing effective programmatic advertising platforms and that Snap's recent acquisitions of firms such as Vurb and Flite reflect its more sophisticated approach to advertising. The attribution and targeting tools available through Snap make it an appealing platform for advertisers and have allowed it to compete with TV advertising in addition to digital advertising budgets.
