The infographic on this blog post shows how big mobile commerce is, and some of the troubles it faces with conversions. There are obvious problems with shopping on a mobile platform, such as small screen size and difficulty in comparing products while researching or shopping. However, there are other reasons that should be easier fixes for many retailers, such as slow sites or poor user experience. As mobile continues to be a growing category, these trends and needed enhancements to mobile shopping experiences should be heeded by any business in e-commerce. Whether they have invested in m-commerce or not.
