SumAll Combines Social Media and Payment Information for Richer Analytics

SumAll is a New York City startup that provides social media analytics and business intelligence tools to small businesses, aims to help businesses understand the ROI of their social media efforts and solve some of the channel attribution problems we've discussed in class.  By displaying and analyzing social media and credit card/payment information side-by-side, the platform allows its clients to better understand both online and brick-and-mortar customer behavior.

The company provides a visually appealing real-time dashboard that includes data from Facebook, Twitter, Google Analytics, eBay, PayPal, Stripe, Shopify, Big Commerce, Magneto, and most recently, Authorize.net.  All the information is aggregated into one interactive chart, allowing clients to have a comprehensive view of their data.

SumAll launched in beta last December, and is currently a free service.
