VYou is sort of a video-based Quora, where users post questions and answers via video. Now, they are allowing users to respond to tweets via video. The video responses are then tweeted out to all of the user's twitter followers. While this kind of functionality should certainly be desired by a large number of people, it also reinforces a common theme by most new-age websites/applications: integrate with popular third-party APIs to increase your member base.
